At Michelle Fey Fine Art, each artwork is custom made to order, produced using museum-grade materials, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Refunds

Because all artworks are made to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing decisions. Each order is produced specifically for you once purchased.

Please carefully review artwork details, sizes, paper or framing options, and delivery information prior to checkout. If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to assist before you purchase.

Before you purchase

To help ensure a confident choice, I offer:

  • Free wall mock-ups – Email a photo of your wall (plus a reference measurement) and the artwork title to info@michellefey.com

  • Personal guidance – Advice on sizing, presentation, paper type, and finish

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Please contact info@michellefey.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

Once assessed, a replacement will be organised promptly.

Legal Compliance

This policy is provided in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which applies to all purchases made within New Zealand.

A Final Note

Each artwork is part of my creative practice and produced to the highest archival standard so it can be enjoyed for years to come. Thank you for supporting bespoke, made-to-order fine art.
