At Michelle Fey Fine Art, each artwork is custom made to order, produced using museum-grade materials, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Buy with Confidence I want you to fall in love with your artwork — and I believe you will. But if for any reason it isn't quite right for your space, I offer a 30 day return policy. Simply return the artwork in its original condition and packaging, and I will refund your full purchase price. Return postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Before you purchase To help ensure a confident choice, I offer:
- Free wall mock-ups — Email a photo of your wall (plus a reference measurement) and the artwork title to info@michellefey.com
- Personal guidance — Advice on sizing, presentation, paper type, and finish
Damaged or Faulty Items If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact info@michellefey.com within 5 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.
Legal Compliance This policy is provided in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
